I book 2 years in advance and only take on a small number of weddings each year. As soon as you have a venue booked, you should look to secure your date with not just me, but all your desired suppliers.
When should we book?
Yes—often and happily. I am documenting weddings all across the UK & Europe in 2026/2027
Do you travel?
A £400 non-refundable deposit secures your date, this goes towards your overall balance. The remaining amount is split into 2 payments. The first one is due 6 months before your wedding, and the final one is due 1 month before.
What's the deposit and final payment

If I have your new date available, there is no fee to move your wedding to a new date. If I cannot accommodate the new date, your deposit is non-refundable.
What if we need to reschedule?
The only list you need is your group shot list. This will be discussed at our initial meet. A Pinterest mood board is always welcome, as this gives me a feel for your vision.
Do I need a list of pictures to take?
All client galleries are delivered within 1 month. This can vary depending on the Season, however will never exceed 2 months.
